bloon GmbH is a start-up based in Heidelberg that was founded in the first half of 2024 by spinning off a division from a leading company in the field of document-based automation in the SAP environment. bloon develops an innovative full stack no-code platform that enables people without programming skills to develop software applications themselves and IT experts to implement their projects more quickly. This allows customized, user-friendly solutions to be created with massive cost and time sav-ings at the same time.

Your Tasks

As a working student in Inside Sales & Customer Support, you will play a key role in supporting our sales pipeline and ensuring customer success. You will work closely with our sales, marketing and product teams to qualify leads, support ongoing projects and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

  • Customer support & Onboarding: You provide first-level support and onboarding for new cus-tomers. You will work with internal teams to resolve customer enquiries efficiently.
  • Lead qualification & CRM management: Identify and evaluate new leads from various sources. Maintain and update records in our CRM system.
  • Product presentations & Demos: You will help prepare and conduct engaging product demos, webinars and presentations.
  • Solution customisation & Proposal Support: You will help with the creation of offers, documen-tation and proof-of-concepts. Work closely with our development and sales teams to develop solu-tions based on customer requirements.
  • Market & Competitor Research: You will support management in strategic decision making by researching industries, potential customer segments and competitors. You will help to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Project Coordination and Communication: You will track and support ongoing customer success projects, ensure timely follow-up, monitor progress and facilitate communication between teams.

Your Know-how

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree programme in economics or a related subject.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You are able to identify and analyse customer problems and solve them quickly and effectively. You act in a solution-orientated manner and take initiative to ensure cus-tomer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: You are able to quickly acquire a comprehensive knowledge of Bloon’s no-code platform and related services.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Experience in creating meaningful sales and performance reports. You will be able to interpret data to gain insights and support strategic decision making within the sales team.
  • Project Management: Confident management of multiple sales-related tasks and cross-depart-mental coordination. You will be able to organise and support webinars and presentations.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: You have a sharp analytical mindset and the ability to com-municate clearly and persuasively – internally and externally.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken German and English.
