bloon GmbH is a start-up based in Heidelberg that was founded in the first half of 2024 by spinning off a division from a leading company in the field of document-based automation in the SAP environment. Bloon develops an innovative full stack no-code platform that enables people without programming skills to develop software applications themselves and IT experts to implement their projects more quickly. This allows customized, user-friendly solutions to be created with massive cost and time savings at the same time.
Your Tasks
- You create and update user manuals, developer guides, online help and FAQs for our no-code platform, both in German and English.
- You conceive and design training content that makes it easier for users and developers to use our platform efficiently.
- You adapt content to different markets, taking into account cultural and linguistic differences.
- You work closely with our international developers, UX designers, product managers and support teams to make complex technical information clear and easy to understand.
- You develop efficient processes for documentation creation and implement feedback systems to continuously improve content.
- You will support the creation of video tutorials, interactive e-learning content and technical blogs.
Your Know-how
- You have a degree or training in technical writing, communication sciences, computer science or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in creating technical documentation, ideally in an international environment.
- Experience in the SAP environment and an understanding of low-code/no-code approaches are an advantage.
- You are familiar with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Confluence or similar systems.
- Independent and autonomous work is a matter of course for you.
- You are creative, communicative and have the ability to describe complex technical content in a target group-oriented and understandable way.
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken German and English.
