bloon GmbH is a start-up based in Heidelberg that was founded in the first half of 2024 by spinning off a division from a leading company in the field of document-based automation in the SAP environment. bloon develops an innovative full stack no-code platform that enables people without programming skills to develop software applications themselves and IT experts to implement their projects more quickly. This allows customized, user-friendly solutions to be created with massive cost and time savings at the same time.

Your Tasks

  • You develop new features and extend existing functionalities in our bloon no-code platform.
  • You work independently on the platform functionalities in the backend and integrate them into new
    or existing interfaces.
  • You take on requirements, carry out process analyses, create specifications as well as wall estimates
    and finally take responsibility for the realization and onboarding of our international front-end
    developers up to going live.
  • You will train new colleagues and support our customers’ platform users as required.
  • Testing, quality assurance and maintenance are integral parts of your tasks.
  • In addition to platform development, your work spectrum includes the integration of UI frameworks
  • In the medium term, you will take ownership of sub-areas of the no-code platform and actively drive
    innovation forward.

Your Know-how

  • You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • You have very good programming skills and ideally several years of experience in ABAP development.
  • SAP Basis knowledge related to development is an advantage (e.g. transport management, SAP BASIS functions, classes, etc.).
  • You are able to understand complex requirements and break them down into development fragments.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of ABAP OO and Full REST APIs.
  • Your analytical and communication skills, your quality awareness as well as your structured, independent
    and autonomous way of working characterize you.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
